Warranty, Exchange and Return Policy

  • How long is the warranty on my coffee machines?

The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.


  • What does the warranty cover?

It covers all coffee machines.


  • How is the warranty implemented?

The warranty includes immediate replacement of the machine within 7 days of receiving the order, and repair or replacement after the 7-day period.

After receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been misused. We will then repair it, or a replacement product will be shipped, or the amount will be refunded within 7 business days if no replacement is available.


  • Does my coffee machine cover shipping costs when the warranty is activated?

Yes, we cover the shipping costs to you again after verifying the validity of the warranty terms. The customer is responsible for delivering the defective machine to the company's headquarters.


  • What countries is shipping available to?

Shipping is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries.


  • What is the expected shipping time?

Shipping time within the Kingdom is between 3-5 business days.

Shipping time to the Gulf countries is between 7-21 business days.


  • Can I cancel my order?

You can completely cancel your order before it ships without incurring any fees.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us and our service representatives will take care of the cancellation process.


  • Is it possible to return the product after it arrives?

Yes, it is possible to return the product for a full refund within 7 days of the shipment date, provided the product is intact and in its original packaging.


  • Is it possible to return or exchange coffee and tea capsules?

Coffee and tea capsules cannot be exchanged or returned.


  • Who pays the shipping fees for returned products?

If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage resulting from the shipping process, the customer will not be charged any shipping fees.

If there is no defect in the product and the customer wishes to exchange or return it, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.


  • When will the refund be issued for returned products?

The amount will be refunded to the same card within 2 to 7 business days of the successful cancellation of the order.


Qahwati undertakes to maintain all its products within the specified warranty period, provided they are not subject to misuse.
